    Ah, the change of seasons. Fall brings the routine and rhythm of the school year and sometimes the stress of homework and after-school activities. Transitions can be challenging and you don’t have to do it alone. Are you looking for more support as a parent? Could you use some guidance on what to do when your child melts down or you are feeling at the end of your rope? Do you need a reminder of the parenting practices that work for you?

    This is an optimal time to try some parent coaching. This fall’s Personalized Parent Coaching offer includes:

    One Free 20-minute discovery session. We will examine your current parenting challenges and introduce a mindfulness practice.

    Three follow-up sessions of 50-60 minutes each. Dive into personal wins, brainstorm solutions for challenges, and relax in a guided mindfulness practice. You will also develop your parenting aspiration.

    Inspirational emails and friendly reminders to keep you on track.

    Support as you formulate your own parenting aspiration, along with a personal practice plan.

    3 Sessions: $150 | 1 Session: $50

    Register by November 3. Pay in installments. Sessions are intended to be completed by January 2023.

  • 1:1 Mindful Parent Coaching

    Personalized one-on-one support for parents, in person or online.

    A place to constructively recognize what is working in our parenting and what we need help with. Designed to focus on your individual needs and implement strategies that work for you.

    Complimentary Sessions are available so you can learn more about 1:1 parenting support with me, and the mindful parenting course.

  • Family Mindfulness Coaching

    In-home support!

    For parents interested in a whole family approach. I can teach you and your children mindfulness strategies, how our brains work & how we can use a “Breathing Basket” to settle our nervous systems when times are good so that when something goes awry we have some peace within to return to.

    This option is exclusively available to parents currently working with me in the 8-week Mindful Parenting Course or in 1:1 coaching.
